Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Rounds:

Grab a partner and against a 3 minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible. One person workouts for 3 mins while the other person is resting for 3 mins then flip-flop

20 Pull-Ups

30 Push-Ups

40 Sit-Ups

50 Squats

Rest 3 minutes between sets, and partner pick up the next set where you left off.
