Pick a heavy weight and do all 5 set at the same weight.

10 Strict Press 95/65 (45 Sec Time Cap)

Rest 45 seconds

Hollow Holds/Rocks x 60 seconds

Rest 45 seconds

Score is number of reps of strict press and hollow rocks
