Snatch (5,5,3,2,1,1,1,1,1,1,1)

Do sets of 5 with the bar, then start to add weight as you go. Last 3 singles should be going after a heavy for the day

Clean and Jerk (2+2 x 2, 1+1 x 3, 1, 1, 1)

2+2 x 2 = 2 Cleans + 2 Jerks for 2 sets, Last 3 singles should be going for a heavy C&J for the day.
